David T. Wychock Jr. is the founder and owner of the Downtown Real Estate Academy. David began his real estate career in 2012.
After working as a Realtor for three and a half years, David opened his own independent brokerage, Wychock Real Estate, in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania in January of 2016. Since then, Wychock Real Estate opened multiple offices across Luzerne County.
David also is a partner in a title company, Red Maple Abstract, LLC. David believes that Real Estate has changed his life and the life of his family. He is excited to think that the Downtown Real Estate Academy will provide those same opportunities to its students.
In June of 2023, David opened the Downtown Real Estate Academy in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. David will serve as the school’s director and as one of its instructors. The goal of the academy is to provide high-level education for students seeking pre-licensing, continuing education, and broker courses.
